GenderEYE Image Bank
Here you will find images (photographs and drawings) collected over the 2 year ESRC funded GenderEYE study (Gender Diversification of the Early Years Workforce: Recruiting and Supporting Male Practitioners).
Some of these images have been specially commissioned as part of the GenderEYE study and others have been kindly donated to us by individuals and groups involved in research and development of mixed gender workforces. The drawings have been produced by a professional artist and reflect some of the main findings of our study.
These images are free to use for the purposes of recruitment and training, and for promoting mixed gender workforces. Please ensure to credit the images accordingly. Please contact Joann Wilkinson j.wilkinson@lancaster.ac.uk if you have any questions.
